    Concierge Care Without The Price Tag

Say hello to streamlined direct specialty care (DSC). As a DSC clinic, we prioritize transparency and affordability. We don't participate in health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, but our pay-as-you-go model ensures you only pay for the exceptional care you receive, with no hidden costs. For patients with health plan out-of-network benefits, reimbursement is simple — we provide patients insurance-friendly documentation for easy submission.

     

    How It Works

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we're committed to making your journey to well-being as seamless as possible. New patient initial clinic appointments are available in-person at our Tysons clinic. Follow-up appointments are available both as in-person or online Telehealth visits.

     

    New Patients: Start Here

    Step 1: Self-Register.

    Complete and submit your online new patient forms from anywhere. We'll process your forms within 3 business days and reach out to schedule your initial clinic visit.

    Step 2: Schedule Initial Visit.

    When scheduling your in-person clinic visit, you'll need to make a one-time, non-refundable $150 reservation payment deposit to secure your appointment; and provide your preferred billing credit/debit card information for settling fees and outstanding balances.

    Step 3: Start Your Visits.    

    Before Your Visit: Access your patient portal to submit relevant medical information at least 5 business days before your initial appointment.

    During Your Visit: Present your government-issued photo ID and health insurance card. Settle your clinic visit fees, including any outstanding balances, and schedule follow-up appointments. Optionally request insurance coded claim forms for reimbursement submission to your health plan.

    Payment

    PHW Specialty Clinic only accepts major credit/debit cards, including FSA/HSA debit cards, as forms of payment.

     

    Fee Structure

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to health care costs. Our concierge-quality DSC is delivered without any hidden fees. Our fee structure is designed to provide clarity right from the start, considering factors such as:

    1. Patient Complexity: Reflecting the depth of your health issues and discussions during each visit.
    2. Provider Face Time: Based on the time spent with your provider during appointments.
    3. Medical Review Time: Reflecting the time devoted to reviewing your health records and information.
    4. Services Rendered: Covering analysis, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation services.
    5. Ancillary Services: Any additional services are the financial responsibility of the patient/guarantor.

    2024 Clinic Fees (subject to change)

     

    Initial Clinic Visit Fee: $450-$550

    • Signature VIP experience with no wait time.
    • Up to 90 minutes of face-to-face time.
    • In-depth consultation, analysis, and diagnostic testing.

    Follow-up Clinic Visit Fee: $250-$350

    • Signature VIP experience with no wait time.
    • Up to 45 minutes of face-to-face time.
    • Detailed interpretation of test results and treatment reassessment.

    Optional Patient Services (additional fee charges apply):

    • Prescription refills
    • Medical records review
    • Patient forms, copies, disability determinations, etc.
    • Dietary counseling, advocacy letters, extended phone inquiries.

    Patient Discounts:

    • 15% off Fullscript medical-grade supplements for all patients.
    • 10% off clinic visit fees for seniors, couples, family members, and military service members.
